We are Enerex

We are an advisory firm providing high end strategic, commercial and technical advice for the energy market.

enerex_wallbranding.jpg

Our current emphasis is mostly on two major segments - oil & gas and floating production, as follows:

  • Production of oil & gas (O&G), liquefied natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG), gas-to-liquid (GTL), gas-to-wire (GTW), and offshore wind power (OWP), which utilize:

  • Floating platform structures (FPS) including conventional converted tanker and new build barge vessels for floating production storage and offloading (FPSO), as well as other floating structures (tension leg, submersible, spar).

We primarily provide our services at early stage conceptual and front end of projects, where the greatest impact to cost and thus highest expertise is necessary. We will also carry out various other high impact studies at any stage of the life cycle of a project, including: engineering procurement and construction (EPC) phase, commissioning, installation, operations, maintenance and abandonment.

In the short and medium term we are actively seeking to improve recoveries and extraction efficiencies and reduce emissions in these segments. However, we see ourselves transitioning to providing sustainable, ecologically friendly, zero carbon solutions as the energy industry further transitions from fossil fuels.

We will only undertake projects where we can offer major value contributions to our clients.

We Are Your True Partner

Enerex operate on a win-win basis with everyone they deal with - clients, supplies, employees, shareholders, community, and all stakeholders. We believe the true spirit of enterprise is when every key stakeholder has aligned objectives, as this allows for efficiency of purpose and a sharing of the financial and social dividends. This partnership is outlined as follows:

  • Enerex prefers to have a close knowledge of its clients, and an underlying confidence that they have good growth opportunities and could further develop this with Enerex partnering them.

  • Enerex will often take a direct equity position (shareholding) in their clients when it can be meaningful, in anticipation that Enerex’s contribution will increase client’s equity value. Often there is an initial equity contribution, followed by re-investment, and this can form part of the services contract.

  • Enerex like to be rewarded for good work that improves their client’s performance. In shaping our contracts, we do not think about man-hour returns, but work with clients to establish key value drivers for the specific project and their company. Such KPIs become a major portion of Enerex’s remuneration. This often includes “mandatory” KPIs such as HSEQ, “controllable” elements such as schedule and budget, and more “speculative” components such as oil price, oil reserves, etc.

  • Enerex also seeks to relentlessly drive down costs by working with preferred vendors of services and products, with clearly aligned objectives (KPIs) that fit to our overall Enerex-Client KPIs.

  • Enerex similarly reward employees based on their performance in meeting overall objectives. Our organization’s cooperative structure features both short term and long term rewards that are paid for by our success in providing client value.

  • Enerex ensure they have the best expertise, by utilizing their wide network of partners and associates worldwide.

  • Enerex stakeholders enthusiastically seek change and innovation, constantly seeking to disrupt current business models and embrace new thinking.

  • Enerex operates in many countries and seeks to include the local communities in developing employment and investment opportunities, again to align all project participant interests.

Our current business is primarily in offshore floating production solutions. However, we seek to be major part of the transition of energy industries from fossil fuels to those that create zero ecological footprints. This transition sees us applying leading technologies towards improving energy extraction, efficiencies and emissions. Our Vision, Mission and Values reflect our desire to achieve this.
