Enerex is an organization shaped by the experience of a team of senior energy industry people, working closely with the smart energy & technology leaders of tomorrow. Our role is to provide high end value enhancing services to the oil and gas, power and renewable energy industries.

Remuneration Structure

Enerex operates under a partnership type structure for its experienced and senior people, and normal salary-plus-bonus type structure for more junior personnel. We pay our people exceptionally well for exceptionally good results for our clients! Win-Win in our true partnership concept.

The partnership structure itself is unique, as rewards are based upon seniority and our client-based performance contract. Where possible, we structure client project contacts so that there is a low base fee paid, and high performance incentive paid - often this is based on a share of the additional client profits due to production increased, or cost lowering, of the project initiatives implemented. The client payments are pooled into a project fund, which has a distribution waterfall that is paid to base salaries, management fee (expenses), performance bonus’ and partner profits.

This can provide a multi-year income stream to the partners, continuing after the work has been performed.


Work Environment

Enerex, in their Melbourne Head Office, maintain a well located and stylish serviced office with creative flair in one of Melbourne’s Bayside Suburbs. The building is newly refurbished and features natural light, spacious work stations, a spectacular chill lounge area, and great kitchen, bar and other facilities. The office is just a short walk away from multiple cafes, gyms, a pub, a shopping centre and plentiful public transport.

Head Office & Facilities

Enerex also maintain an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to service our SE Asian clients and to execute many services at a lower base cost than would be possible at our Head office.

We cater for this by providing a collaborative workspace, where people can undertake external client work and projects, as well as those of Enerex.
